Shipping policy

All shipping to the United Kingdom by Royal Oak Flooring is fulfilled by DHL. Once we receive your order, you will receive tracking information via email within 2 days. Our average delivery times to the UK range between 2 and 14 days depending on demand. If a package is lost, damaged or missing, contact our team on marketing@royaloakflooring.uk and we will send a free replacement of your item.

Shipping is free for all orders over £300, for all other orders shipping is £40 apart from samples which are delivered for free.
